Adairsville, GA, United States Job Description Train, mentor, and evaluate warehouse associates and drivers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment. Create, document, and coach associates and maintain employee review structures Oversee daily warehouse operations for your shift and ensure KPIs are met/exceeded based on established reports Enforce company policies, procedures, and safety regulations. Manage inbound, outbound, and internal shipments while ensuring customers are served in a timely manner. Maintain a clean, safe, and secure warehouse environment. Conducts and/or participates in Department meetings and Safety meetings. Ability to assist with roles on floor depending on staffing needs Communicate cross-functionally to proactively ensure smooth warehouse operations Own shift handoff to ensure smooth transfer of responsibility between each shift Perform regular system based checks to ensure best SAP warehouse maintenance Maintain correct inventory levels/counts and create corrections when necessary Ensure quality of goods meets set standards at both inbound received and final goods outbound loading Manage fleet of lifting equipment to ensure regular maintenance and needed repairs are conducted in timely manner Qualifications Warehouse lead/supervisory experience Strong leadership, communication, and change management skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently. Experience in Microsoft Excel Ability to analyze reports to generate change Experience in SAP preferred Additional Information What do we offer you?
