Job Description
Position Overview The Warehouse Special Requirements Coordinator ensures that all customer‑specific, product‑specific, and order‑specific requirements are accurately completed before any shipment leaves the facility. This role supports warehouse operations by verifying documentation, inspecting orders, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining quality standards to guarantee error‑free fulfillment. Key Responsibilities Review all outgoing orders to confirm that special requirements (labeling, packaging, documentation, customization, compliance checks, etc.) are completed accurately. Coordinate with warehouse associates, shipping teams, and customer service to clarify order details and resolve discrepancies. Inspect products and packaging to ensure they meet customer specifications and company quality standards. Prepare and attach required documents such as certificates, packing lists, special labels, or regulatory forms. Maintain detailed records of special‑requirement orders and report any issues or delays to supervisors. Monitor workflow to ensure orders with special requirements are prioritized and completed on time. Assist with process improvements to reduce errors and increase efficiency in special‑handling tasks. Support general warehouse duties as needed, including picking, packing, and staging shipments. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous quality control, warehouse, logistics, or fulfillment experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions. Good communication skills for coordinating with multiple departments. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Basic computer skills (order management systems, spreadsheets, email.) Ability to lift and move materials as required by warehouse operations. High school diploma or GED.
