Job Description

Warehouse Supervisor Operations Management Cartersville , Georgia MAU is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor in Cartersville, GA. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will oversee site-wide warehouse operations, ensuring safety, training, and performance metrics meet customer service expectations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.   • Experience leading teams and managing safety and hazard identification

  • Inventory control systems experience (preferred 1-2 years)
  • SAP or Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience (preferred 1-2 years) Preferred Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Lean / Six Sigma manufacturing experience
  • Human resources experience or training
  • Microsoft Office proficiency General Requirements
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to manage safety, performance metrics, and operational processes
  • Strong problem-solving and crisis management abilities
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong communication skills
  • Ethical conduct and personal credibility Essential Functions
  • Serve as primary point of contact for customer business unit leaders
  • Ensure compliance with safety policies, FSQA regulations, and SOPs
  • Monitor and drive performance metrics across departments
  • Foster a safety-first culture focused on zero incidents
  • Lead safety initiatives, audits, and incident investigations
  • Maintain and improve safety metrics and training materials
  • Conduct onboarding, process training, and PIV certification
  • Ensure training documentation is audit-ready and up to date
  • Support workforce operations with hands-on involvement (75% operational support)
  • Allocate time to onboarding, audits, reporting, and follow-ups (25%) Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Combination of administrative and manufacturing environments
  • Exposure to industrial equipment and powered industrial vehicles
  • May include non-temperature-controlled and GMP environments
  • Use of standard office equipment Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and walk up to 5 miles per day
  • Ability to lift 5-20 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally Travel
  • 5%-10% travel required
