Apply Warehouse Lumper Team Supervisor Locust Grove, GA Apply Description We are looking for a strong experienced working Warehouse Supervisor to oversee and coordinate the daily warehousing activities. This position will require disciplined organization, delegation and strong leadership skills. You will implement production, productivity, quality, and customer service standards and achieve the appropriate level of volume within time limits. Ultimately, you should be able to ensure that daily operations meet and exceed daily performance expectations and increase the company's overall market share. We need someone who is a great leader and can create structure and organization for our new team. Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in daily work. Team building, time keeping, and conducting new hire training Maximize efficiencies to increase productivity Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employees' performance Organize and maintain the work area. Communicate job expectations and coach employees Determine staffing levels and assign workload Interface with customers to answer questions or solve problems Maintain item records, document necessary information, and utilize reports to project warehouse status Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices We are still working out the schedule based on business needs but it will remain day shift. Some weekends may be needed.

Pay rate:

$20/hr with opportunity for increase as our team grows
