Job Description
Jibe Staffing has an immediate need for an experienced Outbound Warehouse Supervisor for a leading fast paced logistics company. This position is full time, direct hire with high visibility. We are seeking an experienced Outbound Supervisor to oversee daily outbound warehouse operations within a fast-paced distribution environment. This individual will be responsible for ensuring routing, shipping, and full truck load operations are executed efficiently while maintaining productivity, accuracy, and service standards for big box retail customers. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily outbound warehouse operations including order fulfillment, routing, staging, loading, and shipping activities Ensure all outbound shipments are routed accurately and dispatched on schedule Coordinate full truck load (FTL) shipments and transportation activities Monitor productivity, shipping accuracy, and operational KPIs Partner with warehouse leadership to drive continuous improvement initiatives Maintain compliance with company safety standards and operational procedures Communicate effectively with transportation providers, internal departments, and warehouse associates Support workforce planning and labor allocation to meet customer demand and shipping deadlines Troubleshoot operational issues and implement corrective actions as needed Qualifications 5+ years of warehouse, distribution center, or 3PL leadership experience Previous experience supporting big box retail customers required Strong knowledge of outbound operations, routing, and full truck load (FTL) shipping processes Experience working within high-volume distribution environments Prior experience using Extensiv WMS strongly preferred Proven ability to manage workflow, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced operation Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Proficient with Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems Preferred Experience Big box retail distribution experience Transportation and routing coordination High-volume outbound fulfillment operations Continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives
