DC Supervisor (Outbound) We are searching for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor at our Newnan, GA facility.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

D&H Distributing is seeking a dedicated Distribution Operations Supervisor to oversee the outbound function on our Atlanta location. This position works with a diverse group of co-owners - ESOP company so our "employees" are all co-owners of the company! This role leads a team of co-owners to ensure that all our customers receive outstanding service. Key Functions to the Outbound Supervisor role: This role oversees the day to day operations within their scheduled shift of the outbound function including scheduling daily activities, assigning work to their team, determining proper staffing levels and balancing the workload, performance coaching and feedback ensuring production and quality standards are met, ensure team completes workload in established timelines, timekeeping, enforce policies and procedures of the company, effectively communicate both upward and downward, create and utilize a variety of reports and reporting tools and be proficient in conflict resolution and problem-solving of the issues that arise in their area. Key Abilities for

Position Success:

Be available in the work location to assist as needed and resolve issues as required. Regularly communicate with the facility management on issues that arise and be able to react as required. May operate motorized equipment (pallet jack, forklift, order picker, reach truck, etc.) Keeps work area neat, clean and hazard-free. 3+ years of supervisory experience in a distribution or manufacturing environment Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook Knowledge of WMS system or having previously worked to track performance standards. Be able to work flexibly to work on various shifts, and departments, as required. Overtime, Weekends, Holidays, as required Operate in a safe, neat, and orderly manner. May operate motorized equipment (pallet jack, forklift, order picker, reach truck, etc.) Maintains a neat, clean, and hazard-free work area.
