Our products are sold in more than 200 countries and regions worldwide. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our Warehouse and Supply Chain team. This position plays a key role in daily warehouse operations, team supervision, inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, process improvement, and operational reporting. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, reliable, data-driven, and interested in growing into a frontline warehouse operations leader within the company. Responsibilities Supervise warehouse staff and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, returns, and inventory control. Monitor warehouse productivity, order fulfillment performance, inventory accuracy, and operational KPIs. Coordinate the receipt, storage, movement, and timely delivery of goods, materials, and supplies. Ensure warehouse operations are completed accurately, safely, and efficiently in accordance with company procedures. Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and orderliness at all times. Assist management in developing and implementing warehouse SOPs, workflow improvements, and operational standards. Train, coach, and support warehouse team members to improve productivity, accuracy, and safety compliance. Use WMS, ERP, Microsoft Office, and other data entry systems to maintain accurate warehouse records and operational reports. Communicate with internal teams, including supply chain, logistics, inventory, and management teams, to resolve operational issues. Assist with inventory planning, supply requests, and vendor coordination as needed. Perform other duties as assigned. Maintain regular and reliable attendance. Qualifications Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Visa sponsorship may be considered for qualified candidates, subject to role eligibility and business needs. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is preferred. 2+ years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, supply chain, 3PL, e-commerce fulfillment, or related fields. 1+ year of supervisory, team lead, or frontline management experience preferred. Experience with WMS, ERP, PDA/scanning systems, or warehouse data systems preferred. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic warehouse environment. Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and general data entry software. Dependable, reliable, and able to meet the physical demands of warehouse operations. Ability to stand, walk, lift, bend, and perform warehouse-related physical tasks as needed.
