Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Receiving Supervisor to oversee receiving, quality control, and warehouse operations within our produce facility. This role is primarily responsible for the accurate and efficient receiving of fresh fruits and vegetables, ensuring product integrity from the moment it arrives, and supporting inventory management and team supervision. This is a full-time, 100% on-site role based in Honolulu with a standard 45-hour work week. Key Responsibilities Receiving & Quality Control Verify incoming product against purchase orders and supplier paperwork Inspect and confirm product integrity, quality, and condition upon arrival Check and document product temperatures as required Stamp, process, and file invoices accurately and in a timely manner Distribute invoice copies to appropriate internal teams Accurately close purchase orders in the purchasing system Follow up with vendors regarding discrepancies and accounts payable matters Distribute all relevant processed paperwork to appropriate departments Warehouse & Inventory Assist in day-to-day warehouse management and organization Support inventory processes during period close and cycle counts Maintain receiving and storage areas in proper working order and in compliance with cleanliness standards Supervise and direct warehouse receiving staff, ensuring productivity and accountability Qualifications Experience in warehouse receiving, produce operations, or food distribution preferred Knowledge of fresh fruits and vegetables (FFV) strongly preferred Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Word, Excel, and email Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and work with minimal supervision Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions independently Team-oriented with supervisory or team lead experience preferred Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings as needed Work Schedule Full-time, 45 hours per week Monday-Friday (5am-1pm), Saturday (5am-10am) Early morning start times required based on delivery and receiving schedules Position is 100% on-site Equal Opportunity Employer Ham Produce & Seafood is an equal opportunity employer committed to a diverse, inclusive, and respectful workplace.
