Warehouse Supervisor Job Overview We are seeking a reliable, hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead and prioritize daily warehouse operations. In this role, you will oversee inbound and outbound product movement, maintain accurate inventory levels, and ensure the warehouse is organized, efficient, and compliant with safety standards. Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including inbound and outbound shipments Monitor, track, and maintain accurate inventory levels Organize warehouse layout to maximize space, efficiency, and accessibility Ensure full compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Yard Management Systems (YMS) to support daily operations Essential Skills & Experience Strong background in supply chain, shipping, and receiving Proficiency in inventory management and control Knowledge of public refrigerated warehouse operations Advanced understanding of OSHA and EPA requirements Experience using WMS and YMS platforms Additional Qualifications Experience conducting cycle counts Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Why Join Us Become part of a collaborative team where safety, efficiency, and innovation are top priorities. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Council Bluffs, IA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $31.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
