Yard Lead

Selkirk Ace Hardware is hiring a Yard Lead! We are looking for someone 18+ with previous leadership experience as a Lead, Department Manager, or Assistant Manager. This is a working lead position, meaning you will work alongside the yard team daily while also helping lead operations and support associates.

Responsibilities include:

Assisting customers with yard and garden products Loading/unloading merchandise Keeping the yard clean, organized, and stocked Supporting and training team members Providing fast, friendly customer service Helping oversee daily yard operations while performing the same hands-on work as the team

Requirements:
