Job Description

Better Trucks is one of America's fastest-growing delivery startups, and we are looking for talented, hardworking individuals to join our team. We invite you to apply for the Warehouse Coordinator position at our Bloomingdale, IL facility. Role Overview As a Warehouse Coordinator, you will scan, sort, and prepare orders for shipment while managing data entry and ensuring accurate geographical routing. You will also help maintain a safe warehouse environment by moving inventory and performing routine maintenance. Key Responsibilities
  • Order Fulfillment:
    Pull and prepare orders with accurate paperwork; review daily orders and direct picking/packing for on-time delivery.
  • Logistics & Data:
    Scan and sort packages, perform data entry, and conduct quality assurance checks.
  • Inventory Management:
    Receive, stage, and stock materials. Conduct physical counts and reconcile discrepancies in the WMS.
  • Operations:
    Assist with loading/unloading the fleet and coordinating with freight carriers and internal teams.
  • Safety & Maintenance:
    Inspect warehouse equipment and ensure all safety procedures and cleanliness standards are followed. Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of experience in warehousing, inventory control, or supply chain logistics.
  • Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Must be at least 18 years old, able to lift 50-70+ lbs, and stand for long periods.
  • Must pass a background check and drug test.
  • Full availability is required 7 days a week for evening shifts
  • Experience with forklifts and pallet jacks is preferred.
