3rd Shift Warehouse Administrative Coordinator

Description Robert Half is hiring a 3rd Shift Warehouse Administrative Coordinator on behalf of a manufacturing client to support overnight warehouse operations. This is a hands-on, onsite role requiring strong administrative experience within a warehouse or shipping office environment. This role is critical to keeping operations running smoothly and requires strong focus, timeliness, and reliability.

May be required What You'll Do Perform high-volume data entry with a high level of speed and accuracy Handle Bill of Lading (BOL) processing and shipping documentation Support quality audits and assist with inventory troubleshooting Serve as customer service support for warehouse and production teams Operate at the driver window, manage will-call requests, and create customs documentation Navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously Provide administrative backup across department functions during peak or lull periods Additional Information Metatarsal safety boots are required on day one Position requires being on your feet for the majority of the shift Visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future for this position Requirements What We're Looking For 2-year degree plus 3-4 years of related administrative experience strongly preferred Prior administrative experience is required Familiarity with shipping materials, DOT regulations, and inventory systems Experience with

AS400, SAP
