We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Onsite Coordinator to support daily warehouse operations in Minooka, IL. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate inventory flow, coordinating with warehouse staff, and maintaining efficient operations in a fast-paced environment.

Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and monitor daily warehouse activities to ensure timely and accurate order processing Communicate with supervisors and team members to prioritize workload and resolve issues Track inventory movements and update warehouse systems as needed Prepare and maintain reports, logs, and documentation Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies Support receiving, shipping, and staging operations as required

Qualifications:

Previous warehouse, logistics, or coordination experience preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills and experience with warehouse systems a plus Ability to work the assigned 2nd shift schedule, Wednesday through
