Warehouse QA Coordinator

at Insight Global, LLC in Mundelein, Illinois, United States Job Description Job Description Provide phone support of inbound calls and directing calls as necessary; communication via email. Assists in issuing stock checks to QCs at the warehouses to check inventory. Assist with applying, altering, and removing incoming plant holds as requested by divisional partners. Assist with coordination of travel and training for Branch Quality personnel as needed. Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction. Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Excel (for example: using SUM function, setting borders, setting column width, inserting charts, using text wrap, sorting, setting headers and footers and/or print scaling). Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Word (for example: inserting headers, page breaks, page numbers and tables and/or adjusting table columns). Associate's Degree FDA regulated industry experience.
