Job Description

The Opportunity We are looking for a highly organized and reliable Shipping & Receiving Coordinator to manage order entry and flow of materials in our shop. This is a fast-paced role that requires more than just forklift skills—you'll be the "air traffic control" for our parts, managing data entry, weighing shipments, and ensuring our logistics run smoothly. If you take pride in an orderly shop and have an eye for detail, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities Logistics & Loading:
Safely operate a forklift to load/unload trucks and transfer parts throughout the facility.
Order Entry Accuracy:
Check in and weigh incoming parts, ensuring all data is entered correctly into our systems to maintain a flawless paperwork trail.
Computer & Documentation:
Use internal computer systems to manage shipping lists and help establish/follow written procedures for equipment and quality control.
Staging & Prep:
Shrink-wrap pallets and stage parts in the correct shop areas to ensure production stays on schedule.
Safety & Standards:
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times while following all emergency and safety regulations.
What You Bring Experience:
Proven history of safe forklift operation and a solid understanding of trucking industry language and procedures.
Technical Skills:
Strong computer background with a focus on data accuracy and the ability to read blueprints/technical documents.
Independence:
A self-starter who can work without constant supervision and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Reliability:

From $22.00 per hour
