Job Description:
We're Hiring:
Fleet Coordinator IG Transportation is looking for a skilled and reliable Fleet Coordinator to help keep our trucks moving, our equipment ready, and our drivers supported. This role is a great fit for someone who understands trucks, can communicate clearly with drivers and shop teams, and knows how important it is to keep equipment on the road safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Conduct road tests on equipment Receive and release trucks and trailers Perform quality control checks on units released from the shop after repairs Provide driver support by phone and chat Work directly with shop management on repair decisions Help ensure equipment is safe, ready, and moving on schedule
Qualifications:
Previous mechanic experience is welcomed Semi truck driving experience is welcomed Strong team player with good communication skills Organized, reliable, and able to make practical decisions Must have: CDL A is a must Fluent in English Fluent in
Russian or Ukrainian Schedule:
Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM 2 Saturdays per month
