Full-Time Position Overview We are seeking a Warehouse Coordinator who not only has strong organizational and logistical skills, but also aligns with our values. This role is ideal for someone who takes ownership of their responsibilities, keeps operations running efficiently, and supports technicians and team members with what they need to succeed. This position plays a key role in ensuring our field team is equipped, our inventory is accurate, and our warehouse operates at a high level of excellence. Key Responsibilities Receive, organize, and manage incoming inventory and materials Assist with maintaining accurate inventory counts and conducting routine cycle counts Prepare and stage materials and equipment for daily technician needs Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely deliveries Keep warehouse clean, organized, and operating efficiently Track tools, equipment, and materials to ensure accountability Assist with loading/unloading trucks and job materials Support team members with parts and supply requests Maintain accurate records and documentation of inventory and orders Qualifications Previous warehouse, inventory, or logistics experience preferred Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks as needed Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory systems Valid driver's license with clean driving record Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills What Makes You a Great Fit You take pride in keeping things organized and running efficiently You are dependable and follow through on responsibilities You value honesty and doing things the right way You enjoy supporting a team and helping others succeed You thrive in a structured, team-oriented environment Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay.
