This is not a "clock in and coast" warehouse role. We are looking for someone who takes personal pride in doing things the right way, runs toward problems instead of away from them, and wants to own their area like it is their business. The right person will care deeply about accuracy, organization, cleanliness, customer experience, and operational excellence. If you are the kind of person who notices when something is out of place, believes details matter, and gets satisfaction from building a well-run operation, we want to talk to you. What Success Looks Like Shipments go out accurately, professionally packed, and on time. Customer orders are handled with urgency and very few errors. Incoming product is received correctly and stocked efficiently. The warehouse is organized, clean, and controlled. Proper and accurate reports need to be submitted daily. Inventory is respected, accurate, and managed carefully. The Warehouse Supervisor maintains full control of inventory movement and operates a disciplined system of accountability where inventory is not added, removed, shipped, received, or adjusted without proper process and approval. Drivers, vendors, customers, and coworkers enjoy working with you because you are professional and dependable. Problems get solved without needing constant supervision. You take initiative instead of waiting to be told what to do. Key Responsibilities Determine methods of shipment and prepare shipping documentation, labels, and product for shipment. Receive incoming product, verify shipments, sign delivery slips, and assist with unloading as needed. Operate forklifts, hand trucks, and other warehouse equipment to load, unload, transport, and store materials. Assemble containers and crates, pack products securely, and prepare identifying information and shipping instructions. Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and stocking accuracy. Organize and place inventory on shelves and in designated storage locations. Collaborate with logistics companies, customer service personnel, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth shipment and receipt of products. Engage professionally and positively with vendors, delivery drivers, and customers. Help identify and improve warehouse processes, efficiency, and accuracy. What We're Looking For Someone who takes ownership and responsibility naturally. Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. A "see it, fix it" mentality. Professional communication and a positive attitude. Dependable, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
