Shipping Supervisor - 1st Shift

This is a 1st shift position. Hours are Mon-Fri from 6am-2:30pm. Flint & Walling is a well-established company (160 years) in the water pump industry. Compensation is commensurate with experience . •Interested applicants are encouraged to apply and discuss compensation in interview•Duties and Responsibilities Supervising and managing all functions involved with warehouse management, including shipping, receiving, and inventory. Responsible for supervision, safety, training, and employee communications. Requisition quotes for truckloads and emergency shipments. Overtime as needed. Other duties as assigned. Experience and Education 5 years of supervisory experience in shipping within manufacturing operations preferred. Experience working with a union considered a plus. Proficient computer skills (ERP systems, Excel).
