Plainfield, IN Position Summary:
MS-IL Staffing & Packaging is seeking an experienced Fulfillment Supervisor to oversee a fast-paced pick, pack, and ship operation in a growing e-commerce environment. This role is responsible for leading warehouse staff, managing daily order fulfillment, and ensuring products are shipped accurately and on time. The ideal candidate has experience leading warehouse or fulfillment teams, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is comfortable balancing hands-on floor leadership with operational coordination. Experience with NetSuite is a plus; however, candidates with experience using similar ERP or inventory management systems are encouraged to apply. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires time both on the warehouse floor supporting operations and in the office coordinating logistics, inventory, and shipping priorities. Job Responsibilities Team Leadership Supervise warehouse associates including pickers, packers, and shipping personnel Assign daily tasks and manage workflow to meet shipping deadlines Train, coach, and support team members on productivity, quality, and safety standards Conduct performance reviews and address attendance or performance concerns Schedule shifts and ensure proper staffing coverage Operations Management Oversee daily order fulfillment and shipping operations Prioritize picking and packing activities to meet customer deadlines and shipping cutoffs Monitor key performance indicators including productivity, order accuracy, and on-time shipments Coordinate shipments with carriers including UPS, FedEx, and LTL freight providers Partner with purchasing and inventory teams to maintain product availability and manage backorders Resolve fulfillment issues including damaged shipments, returns, missed deliveries, and customer concerns Maintain accurate inventory and fulfillment data within company systems Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency Qualifications Previous experience leading a warehouse, fulfillment, shipping, or distribution team required Experience managing employees and day-to-day warehouse operations Strong understanding of high-volume order fulfillment and inventory management Knowledge of shipping systems and carriers (UPS, FedEx, LTL freight) preferred Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace, especially Excel or Google Sheets High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred Preferred Qualifications Experience with NetSuite (preferred but not required) Background in e-commerce fulfillment environments such as Shopify, Magento, BigCommerce, or similar platforms Interested Apply online today or visit the MS-IL Plainfield office in person!Office Hours:
