This role bridges warehouse management and live event production, ensuring that inventory, equipment, and staffing are aligned to deliver seamless, high-quality events. The Team Leader will supervise warehouse staff, lead by example in the field, and maintain operational excellence from prep through strike. This position reports to the Chief Operating Officer and works closely with production, rental, floral, and bar service teams. Key ResponsibilitiesWarehouse Operations & Inventory Management Oversee daily warehouse operations, organization, and cleanliness Manage order pulling, packing, and staging for upcoming events Maintain accurate inventory counts and track damaged or missing items Ensure all rental items meet quality and presentation standards Develop and enforce systems for efficiency, labeling, and storage Event Logistics & Execution Lead loading and unloading of trucks for all events Serve as on-site logistics lead for select events, overseeing load-in, setup, and strike Ensure proper handling and installation of rentals, décor, and equipment Troubleshoot and problem-solve in real time during event execution Maintain timelines and ensure crews are working efficiently on-site Generation of event pull sheets and work orders Team Leadership & Supervision Supervise, train, and mentor warehouse and logistics team members Delegate tasks and ensure accountability across the teams Assist in scheduling staff based on event needs and warehouse workload Foster a positive, team-oriented, high-performance work environment Lead by example with a strong work ethic and professional attitude Transportation & Equipment Drive company vehicles, including box trucks, for deliveries and event transport Oversee safe loading practices and vehicle organization Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment (or become certified) Ensure proper care and maintenance of company equipment and vehicles Expense tracking of fuel and vehicle maintenance Schedule & Work Environment Flexible schedule required based on event production demands Frequent evenings, late nights, and weekend shifts Split shifts and long event days are common Combination of warehouse, venue, and outdoor work environments Occasional regional travel may be required Qualifications Valid driver's license required, clean driving record preferred Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical work for extended periods Strong organizational and time management skills Proven leadership or supervisory experience Ability to problem-solve quickly and stay calm under pressure Strong communication skills and team leadership mindset Preferred Experience Warehouse, logistics, or inventory management experience Event production, rental, or hospitality experience Experience driving box trucks and/or operating forklifts Familiarity with event setup, staging, or production environments Why Join Us?
