Established in 2016, Quality Drills, LLC. is an agricultural equipment service company specializing in on-site air seeder and planter parts, service sales, and custom builds. We work with farmers across the United States to provide equipment solutions that maximize productivity, reduce downtime, and optimize field performance. Our team focuses on used equipment sales, parts support, and drill rebuilds, while offering on-site inspections to help farmers identify the best solutions for their specific soil conditions and operational needs. Position Overview The Warehouse Operations Coordinator supports daily warehouse operations, inventory handling, shipment preparation, and general operational support activities under the direction of the Warehouse Manager. This role is responsible for helping maintain organized warehouse workflows, accurate inventory processes, and efficient movement of parts and materials throughout the organization. This position is designed as a hands-on operational support role and requires someone who is dependable, organized, adaptable, and willing to assist where needed in a fast-paced agricultural service environment. This is an evolving role that may continue to develop as operational needs change. Responsibilities may expand over time based on business needs, operational growth, and employee development. Key Responsibilities Warehouse Operations Support Report directly to the Warehouse Manager and support daily warehouse operations. Receive inventory and assist with staging parts for sold jobs and rebuild projects. Accurately pull, pack, and prepare parts orders and rebuild kits for shipment or crew deployment. Occasionally utilize company vehicles for part runs (pick-up or delivery); sometimes requires overnight travel Maintain accurate inventory counts and assist with inventory organization and system integrity within SOS and related operational systems. Assist with maintaining warehouse cleanliness, organization, and operational efficiency. Support loading and unloading of incoming and outgoing freight shipments. Organize parts, materials, tools, and operational supplies throughout the warehouse and shop. Help maintain cleanliness & accurate maintenance requirements for fleet vehicles Assist with inventory cycle counts and warehouse organization initiatives. Support operational workflows and complete assigned warehouse-related tasks as directed by management. Operational & Team Support Respond to basic customer inquiries related to parts orders and operational support. Assist with communication and coordination between warehouse, service, and sales teams as needed. Support operational initiatives, warehouse projects, and seasonal workload demands. Assist with preparing materials and parts for field crew deployments and returns. Weekend & Seasonal Support Participate in weekend on-call support rotations as operational needs arise, particularly during peak agricultural seasons. Understand that additional hours and schedule flexibility may be required during planting and harvest seasons.Qualifications Required:
High school diploma or equivalent Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn operational software systems Ability to work independently while following established processes and direction Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Forklift certification requiredPreferred:
Experience in warehouse operations, inventory handling, shipping/receiving, or operational support Warehouse equipment experience preferred Familiarity with agricultural equipment, parts, or farming operations a plus Experience using Monday.com or similar operational management systems Travel Requirements Some overnight travel may be required with pick-up/delivery of parts as needed Work Environment & Physical Demands Primarily performed in a warehouse and shop environment with frequent exposure to agricultural equipment, parts, tools, noise, dust, grease, and changing temperatures Position is highly active and physically demanding throughout the workday Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, squatting, climbing, reaching, pushing, pulling, and carrying materials Frequent lifting and movement of heavy parts, tools, equipment, and shipments throughout the warehouse and shop Ability to regularly lift and carry up to 50 pounds and occasionally move heavier items with assistance or equipment Ability to safely work around warehouse equipment, trailers, pallets, forklifts, and loading/unloading operations Requires consistent movement and hands-on physical labor for the majority of the shift Must be able to safely perform duties in fast-paced operational and warehouse environments Work Location Details Primary work location is Wichita, KS Standard schedule is Monday through Friday, 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM, with a 30-min unpaid lunch break Weekend on-call availability is required to support operational demands and seasonal business needs Additional hours may be required during peak agricultural seasons Additional Information This position is classified as non-exempt and eligible for overtime in accordance with applicable law Employment is contingent upon successful completion of applicable background screening, motor vehicle record check, work authorization verification, and physical assessment (company will coordinate) Employees operating company vehicles or equipment must meet company driving and insurance eligibility requirements Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Statement Quality Drills, LLC. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
