Journey Lineman & Foreman Positions for Powerline Distribution

Overview Join our team as a Working Distribution Powerline Foreman or Journeyman Lineman at M&M Electrical Contractor, Inc., a leading powerline construction company serving Bardstown, Brandenburg, and Elizabethtown, Kentucky, and the surrounding areas. As a Foreman and/or Lineman, you will be an integral part of a successful team at the forefront of the industry, overseeing, managing, and working on various distribution construction projects, pole changes, hot work, and conversions. • Supervise, coordinate, and work on distribution construction projects, including pole changes and conversions, from start to finish.
• Conduct quality control inspections to ensure that work meets industry standards.
• Read and interpret blueprints to effectively guide construction teams.
• Manage project scheduling and ensure deadlines are met.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to construction crews and apprentices.
• Collaborate with project managers to efficiently achieve project goals. Qualifications
• Proven experience as a foreman in distribution construction projects, including pole changes, conversions, and storm work.
• Verifiable experience as a Working Distribution Journeyman Lineman.
• Strong understanding of quality control processes.
• Ability to accurately read and interpret construction blueprints.
• Familiarity with distribution power line operations and maintenance.
• Proficient in project scheduling and management.
• Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead and motivate teams effectively.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
