Warehouse Supervisor (Day shift)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Supervise daily receiving operations, including dock scheduling, unloading, and product inspection. Ensure timely and accurate put-away of inbound products. Track inbound KPIs such as receiving accuracy, dock-to-stock time, and vendor compliance. Coordinate with procurement and quality teams to resolve discrepancies. Train, coach, and evaluate receiving staff to maintain high performance and compliance. Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards for inbound operations. Perform operational responsibilities including shift openings/closings and payroll reporting. Maintain a clean and organized receiving area. Recommend process improvements to increase inbound efficiency. Qualifications and Requirements Associate or Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, or related field preferred (equivalent experience acceptable). 2-3 years of experience in warehouse or receiving operations. Knowledge of inbound processes and receiving compliance standards. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills. Forklift and OSHA certification preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
