We're looking for a Warehouse Lead to lead the daily warehouse operations, manage inventory, and support production in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on Lead role: 75% of the position is physical, including picking orders, loading and unloading trucks, picking up pallets from production, and putting away product; 25% is computer-based, including entering items into QuickBooks and ensuring inventory levels are accurate. If you're organized, hands-on, and know how to lead a team, this is a great opportunity to step into a key role. What You'll Do Lead daily warehouse operations and staff Picking Orders for Customers Manage inventory, storage layout, and product rotation Oversee receiving, deliveries, and vendor coordination Ensure accurate and timely inventory reporting Maintain a clean, organized, and audit-ready warehouse Establish and maintain min/max inventory levels Coordinate with Production, HR, and other departments Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards Support training and development of warehouse team members Work with maintenance to ensure equipment is operating properly What You Bring 5+ years warehouse or plant experience (food manufacturing a plus) Previous Lead experience Experience operating forklifts and warehouse equipment Strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment High school diploma or equivalent required Physical & Work Environment Ability to lift 75+ lbs. regularly Work in refrigerated and freezer environments Operate warehouse equipment and machinery Active role with standing, walking, and movement throughout the day
Schedule & Expectations Full-time:
