Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Container Lead to join our team in Fall River, Massachusetts. This individual will be responsible for coordinating container movements to ensure timely delivery and optimal utilization of resources, directly impacting supply chain effectiveness. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2-3 years of warehouse experience with container handling experience, experience with warehouse management systems, and more listed below. Pay, Schedule, and Location Starting at $20-$25/hour Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision Monday- Friday 6am-2:30pm Located in Fall River, Massachusetts Duties and Responsibilities Supervise daily container handling operations including loading, unloading, and storage activities. Prepare reports on container usage, incidents, and operational metrics for management review. Coordinate with transportation providers, warehouse staff, and clients to schedule container movements and deliveries. Lead and train a team of container handlers and logistics personnel to maintain high performance and safety standards. Requirements and Qualifications Minimum of 2-3 years of warehouse experience with container handling experience preferred Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) preferred High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher in logistics, supply chain management, or related field preferred. Strong knowledge of container handling equipment, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. Ability to read and interpret shipping documents, manifests, and inventory records. Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work in cold storage environments as low as -10°F Stand, walk, and lift as required for job duties — (Salary range based on experience) —
