Job Description
Process Guides & Process Assistants Positions We're looking for Process Guides & Process Assistants to support daily operations and help lead our warehouse teams in Hopedale, MA. Hopedale, MA Full-Time | 1st Shift Available $21.00 - $23.00 per hour (based on experience) What You'll Do As a Process Guide, you'll act as a key support partner to supervisors and associates on the floor: Guide day-to-day warehouse operations (picking, packing, shipping, receiving) Train and onboard new team members Ensure processes are followed correctly and safely Troubleshoot workflow issues and remove bottlenecks Perform quality checks to maintain accuracy and productivity Communicate updates and priorities to team members Support performance tracking and operational goals What We're Looking For Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred Experience in a lead, trainer, or mentor role is a plus Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and commitment to quality Basic computer or warehouse system (WMS/RF) familiarity Must be Bilingual (Spanish/English) and pass all pre-employment screenings.
