Warehouse Controller

Position Description:

The Warehouse Controller is responsible for all shipping and receiving duties including inventory processing and record keeping. This employee maintains the warehouse in a clean, safe and orderly fashion, and assists management in establishing warehouse standards and procedures.

Director of Construction Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

Manages the shipment and receipt of all products, materials, and supplies Collaborates and communicates with purchasing department and construction teams Tracks, traces, and updates the status of incoming and outgoing shipments Maintains an accurate log sheet of daily moves, inventory, and counting accurately Gathers materials needed for construction teams to pick up Ship and/or transport materials to other Infinity Solar locations as needed Driving required, with potential for long distance and overnight stays Records and ships damaged or incorrect materials back to vendors Maintains proper quantities of required materials and records in CRM Communicate any issues or concerns to manager Other duties as assigned

Prioritize tasks, meet deadlines and deliver high quality work with minimal supervision Learn quickly and adapt to change within processes and applications Accurately perform multiple tasks in a complex and fast-paced operating environment with a high degree of organization and proficiency Problem solve through research and analytics with a focus on detail oriented results Strong work ethic (i.e., intuitive, teamplayer, reliable) with focus on safety Professional demeanor to maintain and enhance relationships using effective communication Communicate any issues or concerns to manager Follow all proper safety procedures and OSHA guidelines Education/Experience Requirements High School Diploma or GED Current Driver License and clear driving record Proven working experience and knowledge of warehouse operations practices and current methods Proficiency in inventory software, databases and systems Current forklift license or ability to test within 30 days of hire Physical Requirements On a normal workday, the employee will need to be able to bend, stoop, kneel, reach, and climb to perform work. Employees must possess the ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials and objects weighing up to 50 pounds and heavier weights with the proper equipment. #IND123
