Responsibilities:

The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for efficient receipt, storage and dispatch of a wide range of goods including materials, tools, machinery, and uniforms.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES F

acility & Safety Maintains standards of health, safety, hygiene and security in the work environment. Maintains housekeeping of warehouse. Ensures the workplace health and safety requirements are met, takes responsibility for the security of the building and stock, and runs shift with safety and efficiency as priorities. P urchasing Ensures quality, delivery budget and environmental objectives are met. Responds to field communication, locates vendors of materials, equipment or supplies, and interviews them to determine product availability and sales terms. Administers on-line purchasing systems. Prepares and process requisitions and purchase orders for supplies and equipment. T ools , Fleet, & Inventory Maintains records of goods ordered and received, log all rentals into the rental log and follow up with foreman on status. Manages stock control, receipt, storage, retrieval and timely delivery of goods; shipment loading and transferring; document recording and data entry into system. Issues inventory report, in/out status report, dead stock report, goods age report, and consumption report. Returns all materials not required on a project or that were delivered incorrectly. Responsible for tool inventory and control: § Tool transfers log in/out form, clean up, maintenance and repair of tools Updates and maintains inventory tool list, delivery of tools to the jobsite. Embodies the CoolSys CARES culture (Collaboration, Accountability, Respect, Empowerment, Safety). Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Education / Training Associate's degree or equivalent experience. Minimum 3 years of warehouse experience. Minimum 2 years hands-on experience with HVAC and/or Refrigeration concepts. Forklift operating experience/certification preferred. Work Experience / Skills Excellent documentation and communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to multi-task effectively. Strong analytical skills and detail oriented. Ability to organize and prioritize your own work schedule and the work schedules of others on a short-term basis. Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment. Ability to understand and follow all company policies and procedures and all applicable State and Federal laws. Ability to use typical business tools including E-Mail, Word, Excel, etc.
