• Full-time My Nest Is The Best, a growing, award winning Home Staging and Redesign business based in Frederick, Maryland, is looking for a full-time moving/warehouse coordinator to join our home staging team!

An average workday will include, pulling and loading inventory for transport, driving company or rental vehicles to and from properties, assisting the staging team at properties, tidying up warehouse, and professional interaction with the home staging team, as well as real estate professionals and home sellers. Experience in a related field such as Moving, Warehouse Operations, Deliveries, Logistics, or other home services is preferred. Eligible candidates must meet the following criteria for this position: Availability to work Monday

• Friday 8 AM
• 4 PM Valid drivers license, clean driving record, and own transportation Able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and higher weight with assistance Able to be on your feet for extended periods of time Able to climb stairs while carrying items Highly organized with attention to detail, and able to maintain an orderly work environment A professional and positive attitude Easily adapt to schedule and task changes as needed Ability to follow company processes and procedures or as instructed Works well in a team environment, but can also work independently Basic handyman skills or the ability to learn the necessary skills•such as furniture assembly and repair A desire to learn new skills, grow, and contribute to the company's success Comfortable with using a variety of technology apps or a desire to learn

Responsibilities Include:

Pulling, packing, and loading staging furniture/accessories for transport Assist the staging team with unloading and set up of staging furniture/accessories at properties Assist the staging team with destaging (staging furniture/accessories pick up) Unload truck and place furniture/accessories in proper warehouse location Safely drive company box truck to and from job locations Maintain warehouse in an orderly fashion including breaking down boxes, bagging trash, and light cleaning Unbox and assemble new furniture Perform minor furniture repairs/cleaning Follow staging pick lists to identify inventory for specific projects Assist staging team with inventory management using the company's online inventory management system Other duties as assigned
