As we continue to grow, we're looking for reliable team members to help power our overnight warehouse operations. About the Role We are hiring a Warehouse Lead to support warehouse operations. This role is hands-on and fast-paced, focused on coordinating workflow, supporting the team on the floor, and ensuring accurate and efficient processing of inbound and outbound shipments. You will also serve as the on-shift point person, helping guide associates, maintain operational standards, and communicate updates to the Operations Manager. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to step into a leadership role while still working directly in warehouse operations. What You'll Do Receive, sort, and organize incoming inventory and shipments Support daily inbound and outbound warehouse operations alongside the team Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure shipment tracking is up to date Monitor workflow to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and timely processing Serve as the on-shift point person for questions, coordination, and support Help train and guide warehouse associates on standard procedures Verify shipping labels, delivery photos, and shipment details for accuracy Coordinate with drivers to support pickups, deliveries, and handoffs Track, review, and help resolve failed or exception deliveries Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment Communicate operational updates, issues, and priorities to the Operations Manager Identify and suggest opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency

What We're Looking For Required:

1+ years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment Experience working on a team and/or supporting or training peers Familiarity with basic warehouse procedures, tools, and safety standards Comfortable using warehouse apps or systems to log packages and track shipments (training provided) Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes accurately Good communication skills for working with team members and drivers Ability to lift and move boxes (up to 30 lbs) and stay active throughout the shift Nice to
