Job Description

Fleet Administrative Coordinator- Portland, ME 28 to 30 per hour depending on qualifications and experience Lucas Tree Experts , a leader in the tree care industry, is growing and looking to add a Fleet Administrative Coordinator at our Riverside Location in Portland Maine. This is a full-time hourly administrative position, working Monday-Friday with some overtime as needed to meet business demand. Travel is not typical in this role. Pay is dependent upon experience. The ideal candidate will be a motivated and productive administrator with a strong attention to detail, multitasking, and communication skills. The Fleet Administrative Coordinator will be tasked with completing detailed tasks related to a large decentralized fleet: vehicle registrations, fuel tax reporting, receiving, data entry, and other support related tasks and administrative needs.
Qualifications and Skills:
Attention to detail and strong analytic skills Creative thinking and design skills Good problem solving and critical thinking Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong time management skills Ability to work as part of a team or individually Able to lift and move 25 pounds
Required:
