This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple responsibilities at once, and takes pride in staying organized and efficient. This role is not only responsible for shipping customer orders and maintaining inventory, but will also serve as the Manager on Duty when needed. The right candidate must be able to lead employees, delegate tasks effectively, and maintain high standards throughout every shift.
Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain store inventory Order and restock inventory as needed Package and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently Ensure all shipments go out on time Oversee employees and assist with daily task management Serve as Manager on Duty when needed Maintain organization and cleanliness in work areas Assist with additional bakery/store operations as needed
Requirements:
Ability to lift 25-50 lbs regularly Ability to stand for extended periods of time Strong time management skills Excellent attention to detail Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Ability to manage employees and prioritize tasks effectively Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Management experience is a plus, but not required
Schedule:
Full-Time — 40 hours per week Monday through Friday 8-hour shifts scheduled between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM Shift times will vary based on business needs We are looking for someone who is hardworking, dependable, organized, and ready to grow with our team. If you enjoy staying busy and taking ownership of your work, we'd love to hear from you.
Pay:
$18.00 per hour
