The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and warehouse management, with a focus on process improvement and team leadership. This role is critical in ensuring efficient operations, maintaining safety standards, and optimizing inventory control within our distribution center. Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of warehouse associates to ensure efficient workflow and productivity. Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs. Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations to maintain a safe working environment. Oversee inventory control processes, including receiving, storing, and shipping products. Coordinate logistics for inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely deliveries. Monitor performance metrics and provide feedback to team members for continuous improvement. Train new employees on warehouse procedures, safety protocols, and equipment operation. Assist in heavy lifting and manual handling of products as required. Requirements Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role within a distribution center. Strong understanding of e-commerce logistics and inventory control systems. Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse workforce. Knowledge of OSHA regulations and commitment to maintaining safety standards. Experience with third-party logistics (3PL) operations is a plus. Ability to perform heavy lifting as needed, ensuring physical fitness for the role. Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement initiatives.
