All-En Events, based in Grand Rapids, MI, is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warehouse Operations & Inventory Coordinator to join our team. This contractor position offers a chance to contribute to the success of our event operations while enjoying the flexibility of an independent contractor role. What You'll Do As our Warehouse Operations & Inventory Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of ensuring our event equipment and materials are well-organized and ready to go.

Your responsibilities will include:

Managing and maintaining inventory to ensure accuracy and availability. Organizing and keeping the warehouse clean, efficient, and functional. Coordinating the preparation, packing, and return of event materials. Conducting regular inventory checks and reporting on stock levels. Collaborating with the team to ensure smooth operations for all events. Create & Participate in Marketing videos, Equipment Support tutorials, & Instructionals. What We're Looking For We're excited to work with someone who is: Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a knack for keeping things in order. Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Comfortable with physical tasks, such as lifting and moving equipment. Professional and reliable, with strong communication skills.

Requirements:

- Liability insurance is required for this contractor position. - Ability to invoice All-En Events bi-weekly for hours worked.
