The Supervisor is responsible for maintaining the workflow, monitoring attendance, and following disciplinary procedures for their team.
Responsibilities:
Operate safely complying with all health, safety, and environmental requirements to ensure safety. Keep areas of work clean and tidy to ensure operational efficiency. Track and report damage of building and product. Communication with external partners. Follow up and evaluate training- 30, 60, 90-day, annual reviews. Oversee warehouse operations. Responsible for ensuring product placement. Review daily Hilo Inspection Forms to determine the need for repairs and guarantee safety. Keep reporting updated- Damage Tracker, Missing Pallet Log, and End of Shift Update. Complete any other tasks and duties needed by Management. Train and comply with company policies, procedures, and food safety GMPs. Driver check in procedures/ Trailer inspections. Monitor workflow for the operators and customer service team. Verifying the loading process. Updating Warehouse Management System. Verify seals on incoming deliveries. Organize and lead daily team meetings.

Execute processes and procedures. General understanding of the warehouse layout. Knowledge of proper email etiquette. Consistently builds knowledge and expertise about the customer and applies it to the position.
Requirements:
3 to 5 years of previous experience in a leadership role. Able to move/lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted. Able to withstand temperatures in a typical warehouse environment. Proficient computer skills. Previous experience with Microsoft Office preferred.

From $58,000.00 per year
