Job Responsibilities:

Performs various shipping and receiving duties both manually and with a forklift. Maintaining accurate inventory and conducts inventory actions Fostering a productive work relationship with parts branch manager and counter sales associates. Coordinating activities with other departments of the company as necessary. Adhering to appropriate safety standards and collecting necessary data to comply with DOT regulations Maintains a safe and clean work environment, organizing and maintaining inventory storage areas while ensuring procedures, rules, and regulations are followed. Motivate, train and discipline warehouse staff Maintain accurate records and metrics of warehouse activity Confirm inventory and shipment accuracy Identify areas for improvement and implement new procedures Manages all day-to-day processes in the distribution center, including all associates involved in the process

Requirements:

Forklift certification Able to lift 70 pounds 3-5 years direct employee supervision experience PC skills - Excel, Scan guns, Inventory management system SAP, Infor SX.e, etc. Utilizing positive communication skills. Inventory and shipping/receiving experience This role is a working supervision role and candidate will be expected to perform all warehouse functions on any given day.
