Job Description

A growing global manufacturer is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead warehouse and shipping operations within a fast-paced production environment. This is an excellent opportunity to join an organization that has recently expanded into the U.S. market and is experiencing significant growth. The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse activities, shipping operations, inventory accuracy, employee leadership, and compliance with safety and quality standards. This individual will play a key role in supporting production, customer service, and supply chain objectives while helping drive operational excellence across the facility. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead daily warehouse, shipping, and inventory control operations
  • Supervise, coach, and develop warehouse personnel
  • Ensure accurate inventory management and cycle count execution
  • Coordinate outbound shipments and shipping documentation
  • Monitor warehouse KPIs and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Maintain warehouse organization, efficiency, and material flow
  • Promote a strong culture of safety, quality, and accountability
  • Partner with production, quality, maintenance, and supply chain teams to support operational goals
  • Assist with continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity and accuracy Qualifications
  • 3+ years of warehouse, logistics, shipping, or distribution leadership experience
  • Experience within manufacturing environments required
  • Food manufacturing, pet food, consumer packaged goods (CPG), or related industry experience preferred
  • Experience shipping to Walmart highly preferred
  • Strong knowledge of inventory control, warehouse operations, and shipping processes
  • Familiarity with warehouse performance metrics and reporting
  • Forklift operation experience and understanding of certification requirements preferred
  • Knowledge of GMPs, food safety, quality, and workplace safety standards preferred Why Consider This Opportunity?
