We're seeking a hands-on Lead Fleet Mechanic to oversee the maintenance and repair of a diverse fleet of more than 50 vehicles and equipment pieces . This is primarily a shop-based position (approximately 90%) , with only occasional field service work. You'll work alongside one additional mechanic while helping manage fleet maintenance programs and keeping operations running efficiently. What You'll Work On Heavy-duty trucks, including Ford F-450 and F-550 units Kubota and John Deere tractors Landscape and snow removal equipment Hydraulic and PTO systems Diagnostics and troubleshooting using modern tooling Mechanical repairs and component replacements Preventive maintenance scheduling and fleet tracking software Supporting and mentoring one other technician
What We're Looking For Required:
3-5 years of diesel mechanic experience Strong hydraulic and PTO knowledge Experience with diagnostic software and tooling Experience working on heavy trucks, tractors, and equipment Valid driver's license Your own quality tools (including 3/4" drive and larger specialty tools) Team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic
Preferred:
Previous fleet maintenance or shop leadership experience Bilingual abilities Industry certifications (not required)
Schedule Monday-Thursday:
6:30 AM - 4:30
PM Fridays:
