Shipping and Inventory Coordinator

Position:

Currently, we need help managing and shipping our used and refurbished technology.

Responsibilities:

Select sold equipment from our inventory Package equipment to avoid damage in handling Select box and shipping service appropriate to minimize expense Review old inventory in our eCommerce systems to ensure visibility online Review pricing of old inventory in our eCommerce systems to ensure priced appropriately Move equipment to ensure space for new listings Build crates for freight shipments Inventory Management Manage cleanliness and organization of shipping area Work closely with our eCommerce team

Qualifications:

Prior experience in eCommerce is a plus (eBay, Amazon, Shopify, FB Marketplace, etc.) Prior experience in ShipStation is a plus Flexibility to work effectively with other teams Organization Proficient with a computer

Skills:

Good with people Professional Attentive to detail Analytical Punctual Ability to safely lift 50+ lbs alone

Honest Reliable Metrics:

Number of package shipped On-time shipments Percentage of damaged goods Customer feedback & satisfaction

Hours:

Part-time or full-time Hours of operation: M-F 7am-4pm Some Saturdays are required for community recycling events

Compensation:

Detail References:

Reference calls are a critical factor for us in finding the right fit for new team members.
