Shipping Coordinator

SHIPPING DIRECTOR-FULL TIME

Monday-Friday $20-22/hr We're a fast-growing beverage company and we need a Shipping Director who can own our outbound operation. This is a real logistics role — managing carriers, directing staff, keeping orders moving, and making sure everything that leaves this building is right. If you've run a shipping department before and you're ready to take ownership of one again, we want to talk. What this job actually looks like:

• Managing all outbound orders from pick to delivery confirmation
• Building and maintaining carrier relationships
• Overseeing shipping staff and holding the team accountable
• Ensuring accurate labeling, documentation, and manifests on every shipment
• Coordinating with production and fulfillment on order timing
• Tracking shipments and resolving issues fast
• Maintaining compliance with all applicable shipping regulations You'll thrive here if you:
• Have hands-on experience running a shipping or logistics department
• Know how to lead a small team without micromanaging
• Are organized, detail-oriented, and fast
• Own your mistakes and fix them without being asked
• Communicate clearly across departments
• Take pride in a clean, efficient operation Minimum 5 years of shipping or logistics experience required.
