Warehouse Lead / CoordinatorJob Summary We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Warehouse Lead/Coordinator to oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure efficient distribution processes. This role is critical in maintaining accurate inventory control, optimizing logistics workflows, and leading a high-performing warehouse team. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership experience, a solid background in warehouse operations, and expertise in warehouse management systems. This position plays a key role in driving process improvements, ensuring safety compliance, and supporting timely shipping and receiving operations to meet company growth and customer satisfaction goals. Key Responsibilities Supervise and manage daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and material handling Lead, train, and mentor warehouse associates, providing ongoing coaching and performance feedback Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, including working with 3PL providers and transportation carriers Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and promote a strong safety culture within the warehouse Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs Monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages or discrepancies and support e-commerce fulfillment demands Oversee shipping and receiving procedures, ensuring timely and accurate order processing Maintain accurate documentation, including inventory records, shipping logs, and system updates Qualifications Proven experience in warehouse supervision, coordination, or a similar leadership role Strong knowledge of inventory management, logistics, and material handling processes Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive performance while maintaining safety standards Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail Ability to safely perform physical tasks, including lifting and equipment operation Strong communication and problem-solving skills to collaborate with internal teams and external partners

Pay:

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
