Warehouse Coordinator The Magstim Company Ltd - 4.5 Roseville, MN Job Details Full-time $23 an hour 7 hours ago Qualifications Forklift Certification High school diploma or GED Data entry Warehouse experience Materials handling Full Job Description Overview The Warehouse Coordinator will perform an array of functions that may include receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, and organising and retrieving stock in the warehouse. Responsibilities Take delivery of goods and supplies. Check deliveries for damaged or missing items. Contact Suppliers regarding damaged or missing items. Picking, packing and dispatch of Company products. Perform final pre-delivery checks prior to dispatch. Input data regarding stock using Syspro / BC software. Store materials appropriately. Ensure all electronic and hard copy paperwork is kept up to date. Assist with stock take. Cross train in all aspects of Warehouse Operation. Work in accordance with the Quality System requirements of The Company. Ensure compliance with Company policies and procedures. Keep the warehouse area tidy and organized at all times including removal of any trash and recycling Liaise with couriers. To work in a safe manner, and in accordance with Company Health and Safety information, using Personal Protective Equipment where indicated and required. Experience Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not essential Inventory control Quality control Receiving and Shipping Operating lifting equipment (training will be provided) Have experience of working with ERP Systems Skills and Abilities High School Diploma or equivalent Computer Literate, Microsoft Office Communication Skills - Both oral and written Time management Excellent Organizational Skills Available 40 hours per week Mon-Fri 9am-5:30pm Knowledge Warehousing and stock management processes Manual Handling Health and Safety A ttitudes and Behaviours Proactive approach to daily tasks Well organized Enthusiastic and ambitious Meticulous and very detailed oriented Work under own initiative, as well as part of a team Flexible and able to respond to changing demands Take responsibility and ownership of tasks
