Shipping/Receiving/Warehouse Leader

Our White Bear Lake warehouse is responsible for inventorying parts, and providing daily parts shipments to all of our technicians throughout the state. Job Summary With a central warehouse and technicians located across the state, the Shipping/Receiving/Warehouse Leader will play a critical role in our growth, ensuring the seamless flow of parts and supplies so our technicians have the parts that they need to fix our customer's appliances quickly. You'll be the key link between our warehouse and technicians, helping to keep our operations running smoothly and efficiently. We're looking for someone who's not afraid to roll up their sleeves and work hard. This role will initially supervise one warehouse team member and will be responsible for working right alongside them each day. We believe strongly in growing our team members and as we grow, we'll look to the Shipping/Receiving/Warehouse Leader to hire additional team members to support growth, as well as to support the opening of warehouses outside of Minnesota as we expand. Responsibilities You'll be responsible for all aspects of our warehouse operation Receive parts from a wide variety of inbound carriers, entering them into the computerized inventory system Pick parts from warehouse locations and place them into delivery totes Return unused or defective parts to manufacturers/distributors Create daily delivery route and dispatch driver(s) to all assigned technicians who require parts using software to maximize the efficiency of your routing each day Optimize space utilization and streamline logistics operations Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to inquiries about parts availability or delivery status Backup delivery driver(s) if needed Qualifications 5+ years of experience in a warehouse environment Previous supervisory/management experience is preferred Friendly with strong communication skills Strong computer skills Use basic math accurately: add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals Experience with safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, parts catalogs and procedure manuals Work Schedule This position is full-time at our White Bear Lake, MN headquarters with working hours from 8am to 5pm, with some flexibility in hours.

Pay:

$65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
