This position will be located at1010 West Columbia Street in Farmington, MO Responsibilities - What you'll do This is a supervisory position responsible for directing and coordinating warehouse, storekeeping, and related functions for an agency or state facility. An employee at this level will be accountable for all inventory and store functions, and supervision and training of employees. Employee supervision includes hire recommendations, training, planning and assigning work, performance assessment, coaching, and progressive discipline. In addition, the incumbent will be expected to have the knowledge and skills to perform and review the work overseen. Qualifications - All you need for success
Minimum Qualifications:
In addition to those identified in the previous levels: Knowledge of inventory and property management principles and practices. Skill in monitoring and assessing the performance of staff. Ability to plan, assign, and supervise the work of others. Typical qualifications 4-6 years of related experience. (Substitutions may be allowed.) Lack of post‐secondary education will not be used as the sole basis denying consideration to any applicant.
