Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

JOB SUMMARY

The Shipping Coordinator is responsible for monitoring the loading process and providing accurate shipping documents across multiple facilities.

DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Ability to learn and operate inventory warehouse management system effectively, including, but not limited to, creating outbounds, scanning finished goods, and using item locator Ensure all information on ship orders match shipping labels Provide dock assignments to Logistics Scheduler as external truck drivers arrive Ensure finished goods are safely and efficiently loaded onto trucks Use web-based quality management system to perform quality inspections Ensure accuracy of all shipping documents prior to providing to external truck drivers Operator forklift as needed Serve as a backup to Outbound Traffic Coordinator Comply with company policies, procedures, and safety rules Must have good English written and verbal communication skills Good arithmetic skills are required General proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Willingness to work a flexible schedule if necessary Attendance is an essential function of the role
