You will report to the Warehouse Manager and join a team of 850 plus team members. You will manage warehouse activities for incoming/outgoing shipments and a smooth flow of raw materials to the production lines. Verify and maintain records of incoming and outgoing shipments. You will oversee a group of workers engaged in lifting, transporting and loading materials for shipment or storage. Manage the processing, packaging and storage of supplies, materials, and equipment. You will schedule work for special and periodic inventories. Determine work procedures, prepare work schedules, and expedite workflow.

You Will:

Monitor, enforce all food manufacturing GMP's and regulations Monitor receiving, production, purchasing records and documents for accuracy Provide guidance to team-members regarding transaction information for inventory accuracy Investigate inventory discrepancies and resolve or provide recommendations promptly Maintain information system files for attendance and timesheets Provide feedback to warehouse employees with regard to process and performance Assist Warehouse Manager in activities related to maintaining material flow to the production facility Maintain inventories of warehouse supplies and create requisitions Provide Hazmat support, training and maintaining environmental integrity

You Have:

High School Diploma or GED equivalent required, four year college degree or 3+ years management will be considered in lieu of degree. Previous experience in a food-processing, manufacturing, or warehouse environment and SAP experience. Physical Requirements While performing the tasks of this job you are frequently required to stand and walk. You are occasionally required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, and feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; taste and smell. You must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. You will be exposed to a noisy environment that varies from hot to cold in temperature. An employee's actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees' equity.
