Senior Shipping Coordinator Reporting To:
West Shipping Supervisor Position Overview The Shipping Coordinator supports and coordinates all commercial shipping operations for shipping department. Based at the West facility in Monett, Missouri, this role is responsible for shipping documentation, freight coordination, inventory accuracy, and ensuring timely and efficient shipment processing across multiple product lines. Principal Duties & Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Audit commercial orders and invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance Process shipping documentation for multiple product lines Prepare and organize shipping and freight paperwork Scan andmaintainshipping documents and records Operate UPS/FedEx systems and create freight bills for commercial shipments Obtain andmaintainforklift certification Accuratelyoperatehandheld scanning devices for inventory and shipping functions Read and interpret blueprints asrequiredfor order fulfillment and shipping processes Utilize the Tracker system to pull and process orders efficiently Maintain inventory accuracy through proper tracking and verification procedures Safely unload trucks and handle materials in the yard area Receive goods into the system accurately andin a timely manner Performaccurateinventory location moves within the system to support warehouse operations Partner with personnel in outlying departments to resolvedock area inquiries Delegates routine work assignmentsto West dock team Provide general departmental support andassistwith coverage during team absences Follow management direction while meeting established guidelines and performance expectations The above description is intended to describe the duties of an employee in general terms and does not necessarily describe all duties. Compensation for this position will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and qualifications, aligning with industry standards. The salary range for Monett, MO, is also based upon geographical market standards for the industry and position in those areas.
