Fulfillment Coordinator Job Description This short-term Fulfillment Coordinator position supports a busy e-commerce operation preparing for the World Cup by managing and processing online orders for branded gear. The role focuses on accurately picking and preparing orders for packing, maintaining a high level of attention to detail, and staying organized in a repetitive, fast-paced environment over a 3-4 week assignment. Responsibilities Review printed order slips and accurately match them to the correct items for fulfillment. Pick the correct products based on order details and place them into the appropriate boxes. Set completed order boxes at the packing station for final packaging and shipment. Verify order accuracy before moving boxes to the packing station to minimize errors and returns. Maintain strong attention to detail while performing repetitive tasks to ensure every order is correct. Stay organized and manage multiple orders in progress to meet daily fulfillment demands. Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors regarding order issues, missing items, or delays. Follow established processes and timelines to support on-time order fulfillment during peak demand. Commit to the full 3-4 week assignment and adhere to the agreed work schedule as closely as possible. Essential Skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Strong attention to detail when reviewing and fulfilling orders. Good communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple orders and tasks. Ability to commit to the 3-4 week contract duration. Ability to stay focused and accurate while performing repetitive, monotonous tasks. Additional Skills & Qualifications Openness to a flexible schedule, including the possibility of working only a few days per week if needed. Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with increased order volume during peak events. Work Environment This is a 3-4 week contract role in a fulfillment and packing environment supporting an e-commerce site for branded gear. The typical schedule is Monday through Friday, starting at 9:00 a.m. and usually ending by 3:00 p.m., with occasional extension to 4:00 p.m. on busier days. Work involves standing, moving between storage areas and packing stations, handling printed order slips, and preparing boxes for shipment. Tasks can be repetitive and monotonous, requiring sustained focus and accuracy throughout the day. The environment is collaborative and process-driven, with clear workflows to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment during a period of high demand. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Saint Louis, MO. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
