Shift:

5:30am Monday - Friday A growing logistics operation in Indianola, MS is seeking a motivated Warehouse Supervisor with 2-5 years of leadership experience in warehouse, distribution, or transportation environments. This position is designed as a development path toward managing your own site and offers strong advancement potential, performance incentives, and benefits available after 30 days. The Opportunity In this role, you will support daily site operations, lead associates, and partner with customers to ensure service expectations are met. You may be responsible for overseeing portions of the operation or an entire shift while building the skills needed to manage your own facility in the future. Daily Responsibilities Support daily warehouse operations with safety and efficiency as top priorities Coordinate with carrier representatives regarding scheduling and rates Prepare and balance daily deposits Maintain daily operational reporting and documentation Audit labor and billing reports Ensure customer needs are met consistently Resolve associate and customer service issues quickly and professionally Enforce company policies and safety procedures Lead weekly safety meetings Assist with site and departmental budget tracking Schedule associates based on workload and customer requirements Interview, hire, and train associates Ensure accurate operational data entry and reporting Complete daily closeout activities including payroll-related reporting Qualifications 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience in warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or transportation operations Experience leading hourly teams in fast-paced environments Strong customer service mindset Ability to coach, train, and motivate associates Strong organizational and multitasking skills Ability to solve problems and make decisions independently Experience supporting budgets or reviewing operational metrics preferred Intermediate Microsoft Office skills Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures Ability to operate material handling equipment as needed Ability to lift up to 75 lbs as required Education & Experience Warehouse, logistics, supply chain, or 3PL experience preferred Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred but not required Experience hiring, coaching, and managing performance strongly preferred Experience supporting operational reporting and workforce scheduling a plus Why Join This Team Competitive salary Quarterly performance incentives Benefits available after 30 days Paid training Clear advancement path into site leadership Stable operation with long-term growth opportunity
